Welcome to the Outwest BBS, originally started in 1992 and ran until 1997 on an IBM compatable PC, running PCBoard 15.1.
Then I started the telnet version of the Outwest BBS on 10-15-2015 running Synchronet 3.16 now upgraded to Synchronet 3.19.
